What data we use and why:
- Name, address, phone, email: to deliver your order and communicate about it (performance of the contract), for as long as needed for the order and the warranty.
- Billing data: to issue the invoice (legal obligation), for the period required by accounting law.
- Email address for the newsletter: for offers and news (consent), until you unsubscribe.
- Browsing data (cookies): for statistics and advertising (consent), according to your choice in the cookie banner.
Who we share it with. Only with providers who help us fulfil your order: the Shopify platform, the payment provider, the SmartBill invoicing software, the courier and our accountant. We never sell data. Some providers, such as Shopify, may also process data outside the EU; in that case the transfer is based on an adequacy decision or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights. You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.
