Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

  1. Send us a clear statement, for example an email to luckpilzeshop@gmail.com, with your order number and the products you are returning. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14-day period has expired.
  2. Send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to: SC LUCK PILZE SRL, Str. Fabricii 86A, 400625 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania.
  3. We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

  • Fresh truffles and other goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons can no longer be returned once they have been unsealed after delivery, for example opened jars or bottles.

Unopened jars and bottles in their original packaging can be returned within the 14-day period.

Damaged or wrong products

If you receive a damaged, wrong or non-conforming product, we will replace it or refund you at our expense (see Terms and conditions, section 7). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
