Shipping policy

We ship by courier to Romania and to the countries of the European Union. Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email. Jars and bottles are packed securely. If a product arrives broken or damaged, email us a photo at luckpilzeshop@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you.

Fresh truffles are perishable: please put them in the fridge as soon as you receive them.
