Shipping

We deliver to Romania and to the countries of the European Union, including Germany. Delivery usually takes a few working days. The exact delivery time and shipping cost for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email. Jars and bottles are packed carefully and well protected.

Fresh truffles: chilled shipping

We ship fresh truffles chilled, in insulated packaging with cool packs. We agree the dispatch with you so the truffle arrives as quickly and as fresh as possible. You receive the price and delivery terms with your personal offer.

Payment

You can pay securely by card or with the other methods shown at checkout. All prices include VAT; shipping is added separately. Your invoice is sent by email.

Damaged parcels

If a product arrives damaged, please write to us within 48 hours at luckpilzeshop@gmail.com, with your order number and a photo.

Returns

For delicacies in jars you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; we take back unopened products in their original packaging. Fresh truffles are perishable and cannot be returned. Full details are in our returns policy.
