Terms and conditions

1. Who we are. The Luck Pilze online shop is operated by SC LUCK PILZE SRL, Str. Fabricii 86A, 400625 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 40640696, trade register no. J2019000553122 (EUID ROONRC.J2019000553122), represented by its managing director Lucian Birău. Contact: luckpilzeshop@gmail.com, phone +40 747 337 198.

2. Products. We sell gourmet truffle products made in Italy and imported by us. Ingredients, allergens and nutritional values are shown on each product page and on the label. Photos are for illustration; packaging may differ slightly. Fresh truffles are a natural product: shape, size and intensity of aroma vary from piece to piece.

3. Prices. All prices shown include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order.

4. Orders. By submitting your order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. If a product is no longer in stock, we will let you know and refund the amount paid for it within 14 days at the latest.

5. Payment. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. The invoice is issued automatically and sent to you by email.

6. Shipping, withdrawal and returns. These are described in our Shipping policy and our Refund and returns policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Defects and complaints. The best-before date is printed on the packaging. If a product arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, at luckpilzeshop@gmail.com with a photo. We will replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

8. Disputes. We try to resolve every issue amicably. Consumers can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use alternative dispute resolution (SAL, anpc.ro/ce-este-sal). Consumers in other EU countries can also get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country. Romanian law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
